OIE reported Q fever (Coxiella burnetii) affecting cattle and goats on two farms in Gabrovo and Sumen.

OIE reported small hive beetle infestation (Aethina tumida) affecting bees in an apiary Pereira, Risaralda. This is the first report in the country and the source of the origin is not currently clear.
