OIE reported rabbit haemorrhagic disease (RHD) in Custer County, South Dakota. RHDV2 has been confirmed in a domestic rabbit. The affected premises has been quarantined and surveillance is ongoing. The state is pursuing import of RHDV2 vaccine for emergency use by special approval of USDA.
