OIE reported rabies virus in a dog in Toronto. The dog was imported from Iran in June 2021 and showed clinical signs of rabies on January 11, 2022. 

OIE reported highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 at a commercial turkey farm in Western Nova Scotia.

OIE reported contagious equine metritis in Gloucestershire.
