WOAH reported highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in Metepec. H5N1 was identified in a Gyrfalcon in one of the migratory wild bird corridors crossing the country, and represents the first isolation of a HPAI H5N1 strain in Mexico.

WOAH reported highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 in Bride, Isle of Man. A rook found dead and tested as part of routine surveillance.
