WOAH reported highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 affecting wild birds in the Shoufeng Township.

WOAH reported anthrax on a sheep farm in Casas de Don Pedro. The farm is located in the area affected by anthrax in the autumn of 2021 and did not carry out the vaccination recommended by veterinary services. 

The UK Animal and Plant Health Agency (APHA) reported highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 at premises near Birsay, Orkney Islands, Scotland.
