4th Peste des Petits Ruminants Global Research and Expertise Network (PPR-GREN) meeting

Organised by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) in the framework of the PPR Global Eradication Programme, under the umbrella of the Global Framework for the progressive control of Transboundary Animal Diseases (GF-TADs), the 4th PPR-GREN IV meeting will be held online from 6^th to 8^th December 2021.

The outputs in the third PPR GREN held in 2020 focused on recommendations from the various PPR GREN thematic groups to inform the development of the second phase of the PPR Global Eradication Programme (PPR-GEP II). It is therefore expected that the fourth PPR GREN meeting will discuss progress made so far in generating information that will be instrumental to the development of the GEP II specifically focusing on the knowledge gaps identified in the various themes of PPR GREN network.
